  • Designed to completely transform vacant or unfurnished homes into inviting, luxurious spaces. Includes a 6 week hire with flexible extensions, brand new furniture, artwork and decor, with full insurance coverage, plus installation and removal.

  • Not every home needs a complete transformation to shine and sometimes it’s about enhancing what’s already there. The Partial Styling Service also includes a 6 week hire with flexible extensions, artwork, accessories and decor, optional pre-open-home checks, plus installation and removal.

  • Every home is unique, and some properties don’t fit into a standard package. Our Custom Styling Service allows us to design a tailored solution to suit your home, budget, and target buyer. Includes a personalised quote after an in-home or virtual consultation.

I’m Amanda, founder of The Stylist Airlie Beach, a property styling and home staging business created right here in Airlie Beach, alongside my family and husband Dexter. With a long-time passion for interiors and design, I’m proud to help homeowners across the Whitsundays present their properties at their absolute best — creating spaces that feel welcoming, polished and ready to impress buyers.

After returning to the Whitsundays — the place that has always felt like home — we were inspired to build a business that blends our experience in property, renovation and design.
